I guess the leads if any are given to top producers. ??? Managers cater to tiptop producers and pull the wool over your eyes if yous are new to the company until the side by side new agent comes along... They seem to just intendance virtually the number of agents they can get under one roof.... quantity not quality with them. If you lot can't do every aspect of your job by yourself I wouldn't work hither. Support staff is great but they accept little time to help bc they don't hire enough people to run the office.

   -Always a helping manus to the new person or if yous have any questions at all. At that place is always someone at that place to help y'all when you're having a trouble. -You lot're not constantly stuck in an office all day and when you are in the part you're always super busy so the days go by really quick.

   Cons

   The cons of working at Long and Foster are minimal compared to my experience at other companies. I find their company values to exist in alignment with mine, which mitigates some of the challenges of working in the sales field.
